This sleepy little Sugar Britches
was sculpted by Boots Tyner, and reproduced by Nancy L $hide-Blair.
She has soft brown colored porcelain head and hands. The arms and legs are jointed with bear joints on a cloth body and weighted
to feel like a real baby. She weighs approximately seven pounds and
needs her head supported when you hold her, just like a real baby.
As with all the artist's dolls, she is professionally painted and constructed.
She is wearing a high quality curly mohair wig. Her pink dress
has small white polka dots with layers of gathered fabric and laces and comes with a
matching white pinafore with it's gathered fabrics and laces along with a matching
bonnet with lots of lace. She's sure to capture your attention. She would
